Job Summary:

Perform automotive preventative maintenance such as:
- Changing engine oil
- Rotating tires
- Checking and filling other vehicle fluids
- Replacing filters
- Inspecting lights and wipes
- Test and replace batteries

- Promptly and thoroughly advise the Assistant Service Manager (ASM) of any status updates, completed Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) and any additional needs found

Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is the Toyota dealership’s primary customer representative. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying prospective customers to maintaining ongoing customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Job Summary:
An Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of new, used, and customer vehicles while adhering to company standards and following applicable safety measures.
Supervisor:
The Automotive Detailer reports to the Reconditioning Manager
Duties:
Monitors and maintains the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and functioning
- Uses cleaning supplies and equipment such as brushes, scrapers, vacuums, and solutions to perform cleaning on vehicles
- Preserves, protects, and restores vehicle’s interiors and exteriors through the application of polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials
- Utilizes buffing machines and cloths to wax and buff vehicles
- Performs various tasks, including vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces to protect them against spot and stains
- Cleans and dresses engine compartment, wheels, and tires to remove grease and dirt
- Moves and parks vehicles; deliver vehicles to correct locations

Job Summary:

- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with thorough explanations of extended warranties and of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies

- Maintain current knowledge of all local, state, and federal regulations affecting dealership operations, particularly regarding sales and finance departments
