Job Summary:

The Appointment Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to answer customer phone calls, provide excellent customer service, answer and assist with a variety of questions or inquiries, as well as following up with customers to maintain retention.  

Supervisor:

The Appointment Coordinator reports to the Service BDC Manager

Duties:

  • Answering a high volume of customer phone calls and initiating follow-ups to service appointments

    Lot Attendant

    Job Summary:

    A Lot Attendant’s primary responsibilities are to receive, move, arrange, and maintain the appearance of vehicles and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot, including parking vehicles in assigned areas, checking for damage, and lists and stores keys.

    Supervisor:

    The Lot Attendant reports to the Reconditioning Manager

    Duties:

  • Verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to dealer
  • Compares serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoice

    Repair Technician

    Job Summary:

    The Service Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, inspecting and completing repairs and maintenance to Customer vehicles accurately, thoroughly and efficiently.

    Supervisor:

    The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager

    Duties:

  • Ensure current knowledge of latest technical data and service procedures commensurate with skill and certification level

  • Maintain basic tools necessary to complete assigned repair orders; Clean and secure all tools daily; Maintain a clean, safe and organized work space

  • Promptly and thoroughly advise the Assistant Service Manager (ASM) of any status updates, completed Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) and any additional needs found

  • Follow prescribed best-practices in accordance to Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time (FIRFT) guidelines to assure quality repairs and warranty compliance

  • Accurately document job times, cause and correction statements, and all MPI forms for every vehicle

  • Conduct test drives to confirm symptoms and confirm repairs as needed in accordance with all traffic laws

    Job Summary:

    • Performs various tasks, including vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces to protect them against spot and stains
    • Cleans and dresses engine compartment, wheels, and tires to remove grease and dirt
