The service advisor did an excellent job of going through my list of concerns and recommending the best solutions. The service was extremely fast and the customer service was great! I will definitely be back for future service.

We purchased a 2015 certified pre-owned from Eden Prairie Nissan. The process was smooth and our sales rep, Bryan, was respectful and accommodating. We left happy with the car we got. Over the next couple of days, though, we noticed that one rear tire was consistently losing pressure every night. We took the car back to Eden Prairie to discover a leak that could not be patched (too close to the sidewall). The service department recommended a new tire to replace the leaky one and also recommended replacing the other rear tire, the leak-free one (due to AWD on the vehicle). Even though these tires were explicitly not covered in the buyer's warranty, Eden Prairie Nissan replaced the tires at no cost to me - proving to me that they value my business. I'll stick with them for as long as they provide service of this caliber.
