Kirk was a great sales guy and made buying a vehicle smooth and easy. He reached out right away, kept in contact, gave updates, made extra time when he didn’t have it and helped us find a vehicle to fit our needs and wasn’t pushy when we told him our situation. He even gave us Dickey’s BBQ lunch on a busy Saturday from the employee potluck while we waited for him to finish on another sale. The vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up. Very pleased!!! For 5 months preluding the return of my Altima I was looking for the perfect car. The kind that talks to me, like “ I’m the one you want!” I saw lots of different cars in numerous dealerships. Some just from outside, but as the time got closer to returning my lease I drove 4 a day. I got panicky and with no result. The worst part was that I could not decide if should be used or new. I was ready to buy out my lease. In this miserable state I with my family, that got considerably bored with me, drove to Eden Prairie Nissan. The place was bright and stylish, new, like in the best car commercials. Sales people in good mood ( on a Sunday afternoon), ready to help. The cool air also restored my attention that was getting lost in the heat. The best thing was that there was no crowd or waiting. The first person who came to help us was sparkly eyed and dressed elegantly with soothing colors. I could have been Bryan ‘s worst nightmare client. But with his calm and jovial personality Bryan cooled and calmed me in seconds. I was all ears to seek what he can do. First of all, he was both a new and used sales. Second, he knew his numbers. (I bet he has some therapy background too.) Third, he was attentive and patient with me and my family. Fourth, Bryan is straight forward and honest. No games. The result was that I could trust him and a spankin brand new Altima SV, that is mine. I bought it! I was lucky to find a great salesman who took me seriously, listened and made buying a breeze.
