Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is the primary customer representative. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying prospective customers to maintaining ongoing customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Throughout the process, you may be called upon to assist customers in choosing new or used vehicles, financial services, accessories and options. You also play an important role in representing the dealership’s Parts and Service Departments to your customers.

Duties:
Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car

Job Summary:
As a Semi-Skilled Lube Technician, you are responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on customer vehicles while adhering to company standards and following applicable safety measures.

Duties:
Perform automotive preventative maintenance such as:
Changing engine oil
Rotating tires
Checking and filling other vehicle fluids

Test and replace batteries

Promptly and thoroughly advise the Assistant Service Manager (ASM) of any status updates, completed Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) and any additional needs found

Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers

As a result, what they do and how they treat the customer can leave a lasting impression. In terms of customer satisfaction, the Cashier has the most important role in the after-service delivery process.
Supervisor:
The Cashier reports to the Office Staff Manager.
Duties:
Process service and parts transactions
Accept payments (cash, credit, check)
Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
Answer customer questions about products or services
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
