My new Murano didn't start one day and I called Nissan service and they had someone there to jump the car within 40 minutes. I then drove to Eden Prairie Nissan and John Wieser was my service rep. He treated me fabulously with great care and respect and found the problem (bad battery cell). Everyone at EP Nissan was great! I am go glad I bought my car from them.
